Open Question: How much do campers cost?

i am looking to move out asap. i cannot seem to find any apartments so i am looking at trailers and campers. i think a camper may be realistic. i know i think they are expensive at first but not that bad to pay for like rent would be every montth. how much would a small one that has the pop out with the beds on either side, how much would a cheap one of those be? what should i look for in a camper to live in? do campers have heat? what kind of laws are there about where you can park campers and where u cant?
